Ok yes, that may be literally true but there’s more to consider


Proteins require more to digest than carbs 🍖


Carbs take less energy to digest than protein 🥩


The point is 100 calories worth of ground beef is not the same as 100 calories of sliced bread 🥖


Processed food 🍟 takes even less time to digest than whole foods


This is one of the reasons why I think strict calorie counting is a waste of time 😬
