  1. We will start with a complimentary 30 minutes discovery call talking about your current lifestyle. The purpose of this call is for a brief interaction and to determine a plan based on what you want to achieve in the next 12 weeks working together.

  2. The initial kick-off call will be centered after you sign-up and have received the program material for the first week diving deeper into the root-cause of your issues and what action plan you will be taking based on your needs and every other week from that point on.

  3. Every other week you will be getting new material and information about where you need to go and changes you need to make for that week – it’s all customized to you and you will take control of your choices following a plan that works for you.

  4. At the end of our time together, you will have accomplished some amazing things. You will have invested in yourself and you will be empowered with the awareness, confidence, strength, tools and strategies moving forward to continue to build the life you want that serve you from the inside out, and what a beautiful way to make an investment!
