WHAT ARE THEY TALKING ABOUT

I had high glucose and triglycerides. I wanted to lose the last 5 kg of pregnancy. At the end of 2021, I decided to fast following Health Coach Renata's Guide. With a week of intermittent fasting, I lost 5 kg. At the end of the 14 days, I lost 7 kg in total.
6 months after fasting, I repeated my blood tests, and glucose and triglycerides are also normalized. My metabolism has changed with the practice of fasting. Gratitude!

Good morning guys I'm very happy and entering the 14th day of fasting, I learned so many things that in 70 years I didn't even imagine, life is like this we learn every day and we die without knowing anything. I'm very happy because I have an autoimmune disease and every day that the pain is less I feel I've been fasting since yesterday at 2:00 pm when I had lunch and then only water with salt, coffee, ketogenic coffee, bone broth. My goal is to stay until 18:00 hours today kkkkk I hope to make it.
